All programs are available at our Lisi campus. Most classes are open to all levels, from complete beginner to advanced.

TRX Suspension Training — Total body strength using suspension straps. Scalable from beginner to advanced.
Animal Flow — Ground-based bodyweight movement combining elements of gymnastics, breakdancing, and animal locomotion for mobility and coordination.
Personal Training — One-on-one coaching with certified trainers. Fully customized programming for any goal — strength, fat loss, rehabilitation, sport-specific preparation, or general fitness.
In addition to our class programs, Gymnasia operates a fully equipped Fitness Gym with professional-grade cardio and strength equipment, including a Woodway Pro XL treadmill, StairMaster, cable crossover, leg press, Smith machine, and more.
Gymnasia SPRI — Our Sports Performance & Recovery Institute offers VO2max testing, ECG screening, metabolic analysis, functional performance testing, manual therapy, and osteopathic treatment. Train with data, recover with science.
