What Gymnasia camp forms send, how attribution is stored, and what must be confirmed before payment.

Submitting any form on the camp pages sends an enquiry or callback request. It does not take payment, reserve a place, prove availability or create a confirmed booking. Some internal analytics event names contain “booking_success”; that label records an accepted form response only. A booking exists only after Gymnasia sends a separate written confirmation and the parties accept the written commercial terms.
The form-specific fields and first-party submission endpoint currently used by each public flow are listed below. Every flow can also send its camp/type labels and the attribution data described later.

Depending on the flow, submissions may include event_id/browserEventId, source_site, sport, language, package/date/form variant, an internal lead value and currency, gclid, fbclid, gbraid, wbraid, _fbp, derived _fbc, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, ad/ad-set/placement fields, landing and conversion pages, referrer, and normalized contact data for enhanced conversion measurement. Not every flow collects every field.
Storage differs by flow, as the list above states. Where camp code persists attribution in localStorage, it expires it after no more than 90 days. Weekend Camp reads campaign parameters only from the current URL. The site’s analytics/marketing consent preferences are stored in localStorage without a code-defined expiry and currently default to granted unless a stored preference is exactly false. Meta cookie lifetime is controlled outside these form modules.
The browser posts to a same-origin Gymnasia endpoint. The current site configuration forwards /api/booking and /api2/combatSummerSchoolLead to a public AWS API Gateway in eu-central-1. This repository does not prove the complete downstream processor list or organisational retention schedule.
Dates, prices, packages, discounts and capacity shown on a landing page are planning information unless repeated in a current written offer. Before paying or making non-refundable travel plans, obtain written confirmation of availability, participant and room/package scope, total price and currency, payment method, deposit and balance dates, cancellation/refund/transfer/credit rules, group or sibling pricing, insurance requirements and exceptions. No form on these pages collects a card payment.
Child-focused forms send the parent/coach contact details and child/group details shown above, including age and any allergy or notes field completed. A parent or authorised guardian should submit an individual child enquiry. Do not put card, passport or broader medical records in free-text notes; request an appropriate secure channel.
The public code does not establish a complete personal-data retention period, processor/sub-processor list, or final commercial terms for a particular camp. Ask Gymnasia for the current answer and read the general privacy policy before submitting.
