What to Expect

Each Personal Training session runs 60 minutes and is structured around your current phase of training. A typical session includes: warm-up and mobility work tailored to your needs, the main training block (strength, conditioning, technique work, or a combination), and a cool-down with corrective exercises and progress discussion. Your coach monitors your form on every rep, provides real-time feedback, and adjusts intensity based on how you feel that day.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and training shoes. All equipment is provided. Your coach will also offer guidance on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits that support your goals.


Our Facility

Gymnasia's Lisi facility gives personal training clients access to a fully equipped strength and conditioning space: Olympic lifting platforms, a comprehensive dumbbell and barbell selection, cable machines, cardio equipment, functional training tools, and a dedicated stretching area. After your session, enjoy the sauna and clean locker rooms with showers. The environment is professional, motivating, and designed for serious training.


Class Schedule

Personal Training sessions are scheduled directly with your coach at times that fit your calendar. Morning, afternoon, and evening slots available.

Who is Personal Training for?

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing and stable training shoes (cross-trainers or flat-soled shoes). Bring a water bottle and towel. All training equipment is provided by Gymnasia.

How many times per week should I train?

Your coach will recommend a frequency based on your goals. Most clients train two to four times per week. Even one session per week, when combined with independent training, produces meaningful results.

Can my trainer help with nutrition?

Yes. Our coaches provide practical nutrition guidance as part of your program. They help you make sustainable dietary adjustments that support your training goals — whether that is fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or general health.

What qualifications do your trainers have?
