Each CrossFit class runs approximately 60 minutes and follows a proven structure: group warm-up and mobility, skill or strength segment, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down. Workouts are intense but infinitely scalable — the same session can challenge a former national athlete and a 45-year-old beginner side by side. Wear cross-training shoes (not running shoes), athletic clothing, and bring a water bottle and towel.
