Vinyasa Yoga was a cherished program at Gymnasia, offering a dynamic and fluid practice that connected breath with movement in seamless flowing sequences. Our yoga classes provided a sanctuary for both beginners and experienced practitioners to develop flexibility, mental clarity, stress relief, and a deeper mind-body connection in a peaceful, supportive environment.
