Animal Flow at Gymnasia

Animal Flow was one of the most exciting programs at Gymnasia, combining quadrupedal and ground-based movements with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines. Led by coach Vincent Huang from Australia, the program delivered an innovative full-body workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement that built strength, flexibility, and coordination simultaneously.

While Animal Flow is not currently on our active class schedule, we offer excellent alternatives that deliver similar — and even greater — benefits for functional fitness and total-body conditioning.
