Functional Training was a specialized program within the Gymnasia Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Institute (SPRI), designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and peak athletic performance. The program served athletes and individuals recovering from injuries, offering customized training plans focused on movement efficiency, sports performance enhancement, and injury prevention under expert clinical supervision.
While the dedicated Functional Training program at SPRI is not currently on our active schedule, we offer excellent alternatives for performance-focused and rehabilitative training.
