Each Pilates class runs approximately 55 minutes and follows the classical mat work progression: warm-up and breath activation, core-focused exercises, full-body integration movements, and a cool-down stretch sequence. Intensity is moderate — you will feel the burn without the impact. Wear form-fitting clothing so your instructor can see your alignment. Socks or bare feet. Mats are provided.
