Referral Week: program terms

Gymnasia members can invite friends to train for a free week and earn credit when a friend joins. These terms explain exactly how coupons, free weeks and credit work.
Coupons for members
- Every member with a current paid membership receives 3 friend coupons per membership year. A frozen membership still qualifies. Day passes, trial classes and free weeks do not.
- A coupon is valid for 60 days from the day it is issued. Expired coupons are not replaced.
- Each coupon is a personal link that one friend can claim. Share the coupon link with the friend you want to invite.
The friend's free week
- The free week is 7 consecutive days of unlimited eligible group classes and the gym. Baby Gym and Jungle Gym classes are excluded. It starts on the day of the first class the friend books.
- Classes are subject to normal capacity and booking rules. The free week does not include personal training, camps or birthday parties.
- The first class must be booked before the coupon expires.
Who can claim a free week
- New customers only: people who have not had a Gymnasia membership in the last 12 months. A trial class does not count as a membership.
- You cannot claim your own coupon.
- A contact phone number can claim only one free week, ever, including when a parent books for a child. The same number cannot claim another week for a different family member.
- For residents of Tbilisi. Adults book for themselves. A parent or guardian can book for a child.
- Once a friend claims a coupon, it belongs to that friend and nobody else can use it. A claimed coupon that is never used for a first class expires with its validity period and is not returned to the member.
Referral credit
- A member earns credit when a friend buys a membership within 45 days of the start of their free week and pays 60 GEL or more for it. Day passes, trial classes and the free week itself do not count.
- The credit is 10% of the amount the friend actually paid for that first membership, rounded down.
- The credit is applied toward the member's next membership payment when the member renews or buys with Gymnasia staff, at reception or through WhatsApp sales. Renewals you make yourself in the app or on the website do not apply it automatically. If it is larger than the payment, the rest stays available until it expires. Several credits can be used together.
- Credit expires 365 days after it is earned. It is not cash, it cannot be paid out or refunded, and it cannot be transferred to another person.
- A member can earn up to 3 credits per set of coupons, one for each friend who joins.
Fair use
- Gymnasia may decline, cancel or void a coupon, a free week or a credit if it suspects abuse, for example claiming your own coupon with another phone number, creating duplicate accounts or selling coupons.
Your details
- We use the name and phone number you give to arrange the free week and to contact you about it.
- The link to your coupon page is private to you: anyone who has it can see your coupons. Share the coupon links with friends, not the page link.
