Women's Health sessions run approximately 55 minutes and incorporate a tailored blend of resistance training, core and pelvic floor activation, mobility work, cardiovascular conditioning, and stress-reducing cool-down. Intensity is moderate and fully scalable. Your coach adjusts the program based on where you are in your cycle, your energy levels, and your individual goals. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and training shoes. All equipment is provided.
