Is there a free trial class? Yes! Your first class is completely free. Just bring comfortable sportswear and we'll take care of the rest.
What age group is this class for? Our Kyokushin Karate classes are designed for children of all ages. Kids can also train alongside adults for accelerated learning.
Do I need previous experience? No, beginners are welcome. Head Coach Tariel Nikoleishvili and our team adapt training to each child's level.
What should I wear/bring? A karate gi (uniform) is required. You can purchase one at our shop krivi.ge. For the first trial class, comfortable sportswear is fine.
How many times per week should I train? We recommend 2-3 times per week for optimal progress. Check our schedule for available sessions.
