Yes. While Kyokushin is full-contact for adults, children's training is carefully adapted with progressive contact levels. 4-6 year olds practice no-contact technique and katas. Older children gradually introduce light contact with full protective equipment. All training is personally supervised by Sensei Nikoleishvili.
Our youngest group starts from age 4 with playful, game-based training that introduces basic karate movements and dojo discipline.
No experience needed. Sensei Nikoleishvili and our team adapt training to each child's level. Every champion started as a beginner.
A karate gi (uniform) is required for regular classes. You can purchase one at krivi.ge. For your first trial class, comfortable sportswear is fine.

Children's karate at Gymnasia is carefully structured with age-appropriate contact levels. Young children do no-contact work. Any sparring for older students uses full protective gear under close supervision. Sensei Nikoleishvili's priority is always safety first.
