Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial class? Yes! Your first class is completely free. Just bring comfortable sportswear and we'll take care of the rest.

What age group is this class for? Our Kids BJJ program is designed for children of various ages. Groups are divided by age and skill level.

Do I need previous experience? No, beginners are welcome. Our coaches adapt the training to each child's level.

What should I wear/bring? A BJJ gi (kimono) is required for gi classes. For no-gi sessions on Wednesdays, rash guard and shorts work. You can purchase gear at krivi.ge. For the first trial class, comfortable sportswear is fine.

How many times per week should I train? We recommend 2-3 times per week for optimal progress. Check our schedule for available sessions.

Does my child also learn Judo? Yes! Our BJJ students also train in Judo classes, mastering the standup game for a well-rounded martial arts education.
